Global Hospitality Construction and Development Executive Middleton Teams with Peter M. Lehrer and Norbert Young to Lead Top Consultancy That Guides Building Owners and Developers through World-Class Construction Projects
New York, NY—(July XX, 2016)—Lehrer, LLC, one of the nation’s most accomplished construction consulting firms focused on strategic guidance and project development for large-scale, building projects, announced today that Gavin Middleton, former SVP Construction and Development with Starwood Capital Group, will join the Lehrer Executive Leadership team as Partner and Chief Operating Officer, effective July 18, 2016.
Prior to joining Lehrer, LLC, Mr. Middleton oversaw construction and development activity for Starwood Capital Group. He brings to the Lehrer team more than 24 years of real estate development and project management experience throughout North America and Europe, and has successfully planned, developed and executed industry-leading projects across a comprehensive variety of asset classes. These include luxury urban hotels, beach resorts, high-rise condominiums, mid- and high-rise office buildings and industrial business parks.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Middleton was a Partner and Vice President of Engineering and Construction Services for CPI Capital Partners North America, Citigroup’s opportunistic real estate fund business, which he joined at its inception after an eight-year tenure helping to manage the firm’s real estate portfolio.
